Released on Saturday to make room for linebacker Matt Roth on the active roster, the Miami Dolphins have re-signed rookie tight end John Nalbone to the practice squad.
Nalbone is a fifth-round pick out of Monmouth.
Roth played against the New York Jets on Sunday, recording one tackle.
He had been on the reserve/non-football injury list with a groin injury and illness.
The Dolphins cut wide receiver James Robinson from the practice squad to make room for Nalbone.
